    I’m Seema Vora, a behavior change strategist, wellness coach, and the founder of The Life Design Foundry, a platform where I explore how small systems shape the quality of everyday life. My work focuses on the intersection of energy, clarity, habits, and environment, helping people design lives that are sustainable, aligned, and effective.

    ​

    Over the past decade, I’ve coached thousands of individuals across wellness, behavior change, and performance contexts. I previously served as a coach at Noom, where I supported clients navigating complex challenges and mentored fellow coaches while contributing to initiatives that strengthened community and inclusion within the organization. I also coach youth through Clayful, helping young people develop coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence.

    My approach draws from a multidisciplinary background in behavioral science, wellness, and performance. I hold certifications in lifestyle medicine coaching through Harvard Medical School, behavior design through the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University, integrative nutrition, sports psychology for athlete development, and happiness studies. I’m particularly interested in how insights from psychology, physiology, and design thinking can help people build systems that support long-term well-being and performance.

    Through The Life Design Foundry, I explore how the structures of everyday life:  energy, sleep, habits, environments, and recovery which quietly shape how we live and perform. I’m interested in the small systems that influence clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth over time.

    My work is grounded in a simple belief: life improves not only through effort, but through design. When the underlying systems of life are thoughtfully shaped, energy stabilizes, attention becomes clearer, and progress becomes easier to sustain.
